I have been a licensed psychologist in California for 20 years. I am trained as a generalist and have experience working with many issues, including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship concerns, cultural issues, grief, and loneliness to name a few. I work with adults and a great deal of my experience has been with undergraduate and graduate university students of many ages.

I am passionate about giving a "brave" space to work through your concerns. I have an active style in session and work in partnership with you. You are the expert on you and I bring some skills and techniques to help you achieve your goals.
